The Naked House Boy is allowed Minimal or Standard Clothing when traveling where nudity is inappropriate, though he is subject to Clothing Verification to determine that any textile sufficiently meets dress code and local laws which may require coverage of specific body parts including his penis, scrotum, perineum line and anal halo, though he has No Right To Privacy (Rule #12) during the Clothing Verification process before leaving for travel.
