The Naked House Boy will vacuum all carpeted areas of the house once a week at the assigned day and time. This is a scheduled activity and will take place regardless of who may be present and observe. Footwear is optional. Following vacuuming, the boy is responsible for emptying and discarding the contents of the vacuum cleaner.

The Master doesn’t particularly like the noise from the vacuum cleaner and may leave during this activity. Since the use of the vacuum may also interfere with conversations or otherwise be distracting, this chore may be rescheduled or postponed at times.

Failure to properly clean using the vacuum is a Level One offense, as is failure to properly place the emptied vacuum back where it is stored.
