Inspection Protocols – Property Inspection
Master’s House Boy is subject to a variety of periodic and scheduled inspections, including full-body inspections and examinations of specific body parts for good reason. Random inspections are also occasionally ordered and can take place either at home or when away from home in another private or public location.
The House Boy is never required to be naked where nudity is not legal or traditional, but there are a small number of circumstances where nudity might be permitted, like the annual World Naked Bike Ride or at clothing-optional beaches and resorts. When nudity is allowed, the boy can be stripped or ordered to undress without notice.
House Boys are always subject to an inspection of backpacks, fanny packs, bags, boxes, containers, and any other object that may conceal clothing or coverings meant to be used to conceal his nudity or to be hidden for future use without permission. Terms of the boy’s service to Master require him to neither wear nor possess clothing without permission, and that any clothing or covering he is permitted to carry or wear are ‘on loan’ and not under the boy’s control without Master’s approval. Refusal to permit inspection of a property that could be used to conceal clothing or coverings is a serious offense, punishable as a Maximum Level Two or as a Level Three Insubordination, and the inspection may proceed by force if necessary. Repeat offenses within 7 days are subject to Enhancement. Punishment at Level Three – like the Property Inspection itself – will only be conducted by Master, though Master may assign inspection to a trusted helper.
Property Inspections are not the same as inspections of the mouth or anal cavity, which may take place at the same time but are covered under separate protocols. Anyone found to be assisting the boy with concealment of clothing or covering must agree to receive the same punishment as the House Boy, otherwise, the boy will be punished double to make up for Master’s inability to discipline the helper. A helper who did not know better will be permitted to volunteer to administer discipline instead, as this will act as a deterrent to House Boys from involving new guests in such schemes.
Concealed clothing or covering found outside of the boy’s immediate possession is not punishable, unless the boy was seen placing the item in its discovered location or handing it to someone else who was seen placing it. This prevents punishment in error, and Master accepts the possibility that a boy might get away with a violation of this nature.
