Master’s House Boy is subject to a variety of rules when using bathroom facilities, and it is the boy’s responsibility to familiarize himself with these rules to avoid punishment for non-compliance.

When the boy is in any location where a multi-person outdoor urinal is installed and has been used by at least one other person, the boy is not permitted to use indoor seated toilets or private urinal facilities unless prevailing weather is so bad that it would constitute a health or safety hazard in violation of the Paramount Rule.

The House Boy is required to follow standard procedure for urinating, which requires him to lower his pants and underclothing to at last the top of his knees, then to urinate without actually touching his penis, though he may place his hands in a position that simulates doing so. Embarrassment at having his urinating observed is not an excuse for non-compliance, and any hesitation or avoidance may be punished by immediate or delayed Level One swats on the buttocks by anyone familiar with his rule. Once he has begun urinating, the boy is prohibited from leaving the urinal until he has completely finished his business.

The boy is permitted to leave his pants up and buttocks covered only at locations where rear nudity is neither legal or traditional, and it shall be considered evidence that urinal rear nudity is traditional if any other adult is seen using a urinal in a similar fashion without a negative reaction. It is the boy’s responsibility to stand close enough to the urinal to prevent his one is from being seen from either side.

This policy may be updated as newer and different types of Multi-Person Urinals become more commonplace. If the boy has any doubt whether he is required to Drop Trousers or not, he must ask Master in a clear voice for permission to urinate without dropping his pants, even if this means temporary embarrassment by the reactions of those nearby.

In the example shown, the House Boy is using a multi-person urinal at a private event (instead of entering one of the porta-potties in the background), and he has pulled his pants down to obey Master’s order, despite the snickers of onlookers. The experience will be over in just a few seconds, and soon the boy can pull up his pants and continue to enjoy the social event as if nothing happened.
