During any Disciplinary Sentencing, whether it is part of a formal process or spontaneously announced, the Naked House Boy must remain silent until dismissed, though others who are present retain their Right To Observe And Comment (Rule #191) about the House Boy’s misbehavior, punishment, predicament, and circumstances.
