The Perineum Inspection is one of numerous Body Part Inspections which requires the Naked House Boy to display the designated body part — in this case, the skin between his scrotum and anus — as part of his daily Full Body Inspection (Rule #16), and as part of a Random or For Cause Inspection to search for or resolve defects like scrapes, insect bites or even just dirt which may be present in the designated area.
