Signage shall be posted near the gated entrance to the backyard and in the pool area itself to remind those present that nudity is required for the House Boy at all times, and it shall be his responsibility to maintain such signage in a clean and readable condition at all times.

The Master’s home is a social place, and the backyard pool is destination central in the hot summer season. In addition to using the cool water for recreation and visitation, the Naked House Boy may be assigned exercise and fitness activities like Lap Swimming (See below, Rule #268) or choose to enjoy his occasional free time in the pool area. Master sometimes hosts themed pool parties or may share the gate code for pool access with trusted friends and colleagues who do not have a pool of their own. Since guests will be wearing swimwear and the House Boy must remain naked, visitors are notified in advance and may decline the invitation if they prefer. Still, there’s always the possibility of a last-minute addition to the invitee group or communication breakdown, so the presence of signage ensures notification is duly made. 

A sign similar to the design and style shown above shall be affixed and maintained near the outside entrance to the pool access gate, and another similar sign shall be posted in the pool area itself to advise visitors that the House Boy is required to remain naked at all times. The House Boy is responsible for checking Pool Signage regularly for securement and visibility. Dirty or soiled signage must be appropriately cleansed and damaged or unaffixed signage must be repaired or replaced with temporary notices immediately. 

The House Boy is required to keep his behavior and decorum strictly professional when unfamiliar guests are present in the pool area. He shall tend to any scheduled duty or chore regardless of who may be present and could observe, but shall otherwise not unnecessarily disturb others nor attempt to cover or conceal his nudity at any time. Master takes reports of House Boy misbehavior seriously, and all visitors retain the Basic Right To Observe And Comment (See below, Rule #191). Failure by any House Boy to remain courteous and friendly at all times is considered disrespectful, and Disrespect To A Guest is a serious violation punishable up to a Level Two Spanking regardless of who may be present and could observe. Spankings Earned While Swimming (See below, Rule #274) are subject to special protocols, for safety reasons. 

The House Boy is permitted to wear jewelry, appropriate footwear, and a cap or hat without being in violation of the Nudity Rule. Application of Sunscreen or Skin Protectant (See below, Rule #36) must comply with the protocol for that rule. The House Boy should notify the Master as soon as possible when the replacement of pool supplies or signage is necessary.
