Any House Boy who is proficient in playing or is learning to play a musical instrument shall permit visitors to observe his practice and recreational sessions, though a House Boy who is taking lessons from a Music Instructor is subject to the Temporary Master Authority and protocol of the teacher during the actual lessons, preparation and cleanup.
