The Master’s Naked House Boy is required to carry out a variety of duties and chores. The ‘Automotive Fluid Check and Fill’ is a weekly chore that takes place on an assigned day and in a window of time, regardless of who may be present and could observe. It is the boy’s responsibility to check the oil level and window washer level on all of the Master’s vehicles and fill to recommended levels when needed. Problems should be reported to the Master as soon as possible. When visitors are present, the boy should ask if the guest would like their windshield washed, since the Master does not want the House Boy under the hood of other people’s vehicles.

The Master’s vehicles are always parked on the property and out of public view so the House Boy will be naked during this activity, though footwear is optional. When tending to a visitor’s vehicle which is parked on the public street, the boy is permitted to wear clothing of the Master’s choice for the time that he is in public view. This duty may be combined with other vehicle checks – like tire pressure checks – to save time for the boy. Items needed to perform this city, including funnels and fluids, will be supplied and the boy is responsible for returning or properly discarding after completion of the assignment.
