The Master’s home is a social place, with friends and relatives and other visitors coming and going. It is important to the Master that the home environment remains healthy and appropriate for guests of all types, including vanilla friends and professional colleagues. The Master also likes his furniture and furnishings free of marks and stains. This is why the Naked House Boy is generally required to have permission for any change in the direction of his penis, and a disciplinary area has been set aside for punishing the boy when it would be inappropriate to conduct discipline in the common area of the home.

Another issue that needs to be given great consideration is dealing with issues of leakage from the House Boy’s orifices, and especially from the boy’s penis in particular. For this reason, the Master is permitted wide discretion in dealing with potential leakage and in resolving issues with leakage when it occurs. The Master has the right to use *any* means necessary to prevent, reduce, conceal or clean up any bodily fluids regardless of the emotional or physical impact that doing so has on the Naked House Boy. This includes causing one type of leakage to prevent another or isolating a boy whose leakage can not be controlled. The only exception to the use of the word *any* is when doing so would violate the Paramount Rule and doing so would be illegal or dangerous (such as castration, for example).

Prior to collaring, every potential House Boy will be evaluated to determine their Leakage Evaluation Assessment Karma (‘LEAK’) as part of the Master’s compatibility screening, so that the Master can consider measures to limit or respond to issues of discharge at inappropriate times. Leakage Evaluation Assessment Karma Emergency Response (‘LEAKER’) measures may include changes in diet, use of coverings or medical supplies, or even physical measures like the requirement that a boy relieve himself at any time.

Visitors who observe or suspect that any House Boy has an active issue with leakage should notify the Master discreetly for immediate response. Alternatively, any guest may loudly announce the word 'LEAKER’ at any time, and the Master will conduct an immediate inspection of the House Boy and follow up with whatever response is appropriate. It is considered disrespectful for any House Boy to allow leakage to drip, drool, or drop from his body, and violation shall result in a Level Two discipline, even if the punishment must be deferred until later. Any House Boy who is found to have inappropriate leakage after a 'LEAKER’ announcement will be subject to a Level One Spanking at the Master’s discretion. Guests who make 'LEAKER’ discoveries and announcements will be permitted to suggest an appropriate response to the Master. It is not a violation for minor secretions to be present which are not likely to drip, drool or drop.

House Boys who become aware of their own leakage issue before it is noticed by the Master or anyone else must take steps to resolve the leakage, even if it means delaying a duty or chore. It shall not be considered a violation of this rule when leakage occurs during the boy’s time alone in his bedroom or bathroom while receiving physical discipline, the weekly enema, or while clothed away from home. The Master may give active or passive permission for leakage at other times where discharge does not present a health issue. This rule may be modified at any time to better deal with 'LEAKER’ issues.
