The Master has been notified by a passer-by that there may be a ‘Rare Pokemon’ in the treed area behind the one-acre parcel that the Master’s home sits on.

Effective at noon tomorrow – July 19, 2016 – the downloading, installation, or playing of geocaching games or augmented reality applications like Pokemon Go are prohibited on the Master’s property and inside the Master’s home. Signage similar to the one pictured will be prepared by the Naked House Boy and – if the Master directs – will be posted at the outside entrance to the back yard and pool area.

The Naked House Boy will also be responsible for posting and maintaining signage about other prohibited activities, and the boy is responsible for notifying guests when it is obvious or suspected that the guest may have an interest in the prohibited activity. This includes notifying guests with smoking materials that smoking is prohibited in the Master’s home.

The Master doesn’t really think playing Pokemon is stupid, but the Master does need to convince strangers that the Master’s backyard and pool area is not an appropriate shortcut for ‘Pokemon Hunters’ who feel the need to ‘Catch Them All’.

Nothing in this rule prevents the Naked House Boy from playing Pokemon Go off the property on his own Recreational Time, and nothing in this rule authorizes the Naked House Boy to wear any unauthorized clothing while on duty, including while he is working in our private back yard or pool area.

This is a Temporary Rule that is added to the Naked House Boy’s Handbook as a response to an unexpected circumstance. Temporary Rules automatically expire in 30 days unless the rule is updated to become permanent or is removed and folded into another existing Rule or Protocol.
