Exercise & Fitness – Pelvic Thrusts

The House Boy will maintain a daily exercise regimen which will be posted and updated as needed. One of the required exercises for some boys is Thrusts. This exercise shall be performed without clothing and is a scheduled activity that will take place at the assigned time, regardless of who may be present and could observe.

The boy will place himself face up and flat on his feet and with his knees bent, then lay back until his shoulders and in contact with the mat or floor, using his hands to prop up his midsection so that his penis or scrotum is highest in elevation. The exercise begins with the lowering of his buttocks until contact is made with the surface and then returning to the start position, counting off each complete Thrust when the penis or scrotum is once again at a position of highest elevation. In order for the Thrust to count as valid, the boy’s left or right buttock must make contact with the floor or carpet, however briefly, and he must return under his own power to the start position within six seconds. Counting is on the honor system unless the Master or a volunteer chooses to observe and count.

A record of Thrusts completed (whether it meets goals or not) shall be maintained by the boy in his daily journal.
