Interpretation – Public Punishments
Nothing in these rules shall prohibit the punishment of a House Boy in a public or group setting for offenses committed in public or causing harm to persons outside the Master’s home or property. As shown in the accompanying photo, two boys have been assigned to receive Level Two punishment at an auditorium event arranged for the occasion. The boy on the left will receive additional swats for covering his penis with his hands. While situations like this one are extremely rare, this rule is here as a reminder to encourage proper behavior.
