The Houseboy whether at home or away is not prohibited from Squirting or possessing legal Squirting Devices which are defined as plastic objects which are partly or wholly bright red, green or orange in color and designed for projecting water or other non-harmful liquids toward or upon the substance of another person or object, however, the Houseboy is subject to discipline for Poor Judgement (Rule #23) or any Act Of Disrespect (Rule #117-A) for use of the device when harmful, damages person or property, or otherwise disturbs the peace of any person or animal, though the Houseboy immune from discipline if solely participating in a non-harmful prank or friendly retaliation as long as no continuing repercussions occur and no third party makes a verbal or written complaint about the Houseboy’s behavior.
