A Houseboy who is wearing white underwear when he is temporarily left in Custodial Supervision (Rule #316-A) at a private residence away from home is not subject to bare bottom discipline or punishment with any implement while Master is away, however, the Houseboy’s white underwear may be lowered for any disciplinary spanking for misbehavior if the Custodial Supervisor (a.k.a. Babysitter) reports the violation and requests punishment once Master returns.
