The House Boy’s rules require that he lower his pants and underclothing to display his buttocks when traveling with Master and using a public urinal. When the boy is wearing a jockstrap underneath his pants or shorts, it is not a violation of the Public Urinal Rule for the boy to leave the jockstrap in place, as long as his buttocks are substantially uncovered while he urinates. The boy is still prohibited from touching his genitals with his fingers or hands, but he is allowed to move the front of the jockstrap to allow himself to urinate.
