The Naked House Boy may be assigned Balance Exercises any time at home or away, but shall be permitted to wear Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) and Appropriate Footwear (Rule #189-A) for safety or wherever nudity would violate any public or private dress code or regulation.
