Interpretation – Noisy or Whining House Boy (Dirty Bathroom)
The Naked House Boy is required to use the bathroom with the door open at all times, regardless of who may be present and could observe. This includes washing and grooming, shaving and brushing teeth, urinating, and all other activities. Exceptions are permitted only when an unpleasant odor is expected or when an invited guest asks that the bathroom door be closed. House Boys are not permitted privacy, and the boy is never allowed to lock the bathroom door or prevent others from co-occupying or ordering the boy to temporarily leave the bathroom at home. In public restrooms, the boy must follow special rules when urinating at urinals or in stalls but is permitted to close the entry door to the restroom facility.
No exception will be granted to any House Boy on the basis of actual or expected noise, whether it be from physical effort, illness, or any other reason. Only illness that causes an unpleasant smell (or a request from a guest) is sufficient to permit the door to be closed. House Boys who unnecessarily whine or complain are subject to discipline up to a Level Two Spanking. House Boys who distract Master or guests with unnecessary noise are subject to a Level One Spanking.
When traveling with Master and using a semi-public single-user restroom with a locking door (as pictured), the boy can be required to strip completely naked before using the facility. Master has the right to accompany the boy inside (or permit a volunteer to do so) to ensure that the boy does not violate any rules. In the example above, a boy complains that a gas station restroom is too filthy to use. If he had questioned the health of the facility before sitting on the toilet, Master might have allowed the boy to use a different bathroom, if available (See ‘Paramount Rule’). Instead, the boy saw the condition of the bathroom and proceeded to strip and seat himself anyway, forfeiting his opportunity to question Master about the restroom’s cleanliness.
