The command ‘Muscles’ – also given as 'Show Your Muscles’ – is a demonstration command that is usually given by the Master to show off either the boy’s physique to others, or to show off the boy’s lack of physical physique to others. The protocol calls for the boy to assume a position flexing his muscles and continue flexing and showing them in either the same or different posing positions while commentary is made about the boy’s physical fitness. The comments, obviously, maybe either very positive or quite negative, and the boy is not permitted to respond in any way regardless of how sweet or humiliating the commentary may be.

When a 'Muscles’ command is given in the absence of observers, the Master may be using the command as a mindfuck or exercise or may be expecting guests to arrive and observe. The boy may also be given additional posing commands while the 'Muscles’ command is being carried out, including 'Turn Around’, 'Kneel’, 'Sit’ or 'Jog in Place’. The boy is required to carry out all commands silently and without hesitation, regardless of who is present and whatever conversation or activity is taking place.

On rare occasions, a 'Muscles’ command may be given during a multiplayer game between the Master or other persons, like 'Pin The Tail on the House Boy’ (a game that actually uses sticky tails and not real pins). Guests who wish to engage in this or similar games must inform the Master and obtain permission unless they happen to be “Boy Sitting” or serving as the boy’s Temporary Master when the game begins.

In the example photo, the House Boy Farris out a command to display his 'Muscles’, but will still be punished for leaving his clothing on Maser’s carpet. The Master will occasionally use the 'Muscles’ or 'Clasp Hands’ command (See below, Rule #8) as a diversion so the boy will not realize the moment that a spanking is about to be administered.
