Drinking From Outdoor Hose or Faucet
To insure health and safety, the House Boy may Spot Clean (Rule #57) but shall not consume water from any outdoor hose or faucet at home or elsewhere without permission in advance, except when there is an urgent need like dehydration or heat stroke when no alternate source or delivery of clean water is available and the need for immediate hydration exceeds the risk of negative consequences from consuming unfiltered or unclean water.
