The Naked House Boy is required to wash hands when instructed, and follow any activity which significantly risks the transfer of fluid or germs, including but not limited to sitting on the toilet, touching his genitals, cutting his nails, shaving any body part, working outdoors in the garden, giving a massage, or cleaning up bodily fluids; he must also wash hands before any activity where there is a significant risk of fluid or germ transfer to himself or others including but not limited to eating meals, biting his nails, applying any type of bandage or gauze, giving a foot rub or using the pool or household cleaning chemicals, doing the hand washing with the bathroom door open unless he is washing elsewhere where there isn’t a door to prevent supervision by others.
