A House Boy who is accused or suspected of a Level Three Violation like Insubordination which is punishable by spanking while restrained, may be immediately and temporarily affixed with traditional or makeshift Handcuffs and directed to remain in a seated or standing position while he is questioned and the violation is investigated, though the Handcuffs must be removed if it is determined no violation actually occurred or the violation is to be punished unrestrained at Level Two or below and the House Boy’s demeanor and behavior is suitable for continuing his regular duties and chores or being administered punishment unrestrained.
