Master may permit or require the Houseboy to wear a Kilt as Standard Or Minimal Clothing (with or without shirt and hat or cap) when traveling to or from, participating in or observing, or otherwise honoring Scotland or Scottish ancestry, or Scottish celebration and traditions away from home.
