A House Boy who is either at home or elsewhere while traveling with Master and who is sentenced to discipline which will be administered somewhere other than his current location, may be temporarily restrained and undressed for Secure Transport (including loading and unloading) to the disciplinary site, except that he shall be permitted Minimal Covering of his midsection upon articulation by any party that his nudity would be in violation of local law or dress code per the Paramount Rule.
