The Naked House Boy shall properly rinse his penis on demand and following the washing portion of any shower, using a spray attachment when available to hold stationary at the base of his penis and then rotate slightly so that the water sprays over his entire genital area to insure complete rinse of soap or body wash, allowing for a clean and proper appearance after drying off.

While at home and on the Master’s property the House Boy’s uniform is defined as his Contemporary Uncovered Epidermis, which is his unclothed body in its current state of preservation and presentation. Optional add-ons like jewelry or footwear are permitted by protocol (and he may be required to wear a collar) but the basic rule is that he remains naked regardless of who may be present and could observe. As part of his assigned duties and chores, the House Boy is responsible for maintaining his uniform in a clean and presentable condition, subject to inspection at any time.

Scheduled shower and grooming times are posted on the daily schedule and are strictly enforced, subject to supervision with No Right To Privacy (See below, Rule #12). This means that even when the House Boy is permitted to bathe or shower discreetly with the door closed, he is not permitted to lock or block the door, since the Master and guests have the right to open the bathroom door at any time.

Various rules cover the different types of bathing a House Boy may be assigned, which include Showering(Rule #205), Tub Baths and Spot Cleaning (See below, Rule #57). Detailed protocols describing water pressure and temperature and the use of fixtures like showerheads and handheld hoses complete the instruction set. The Master relies on his own observations and the assistance of any guests who are kind enough to volunteer their supervision to ensure that cleanliness standards are met, and periodic and random Full Body Inspections (Rule #16) see to it they are maintained.

Special attention must be paid to certain body parts which may become chapped or chafe if not properly rinsed and dried. One of these body parts is the House Boy’s penis. When showering and a handheld sprayer is available, the House Boy may choose to use a fixed shower head if he prefers, but is required to remove the sprayer using it handheld to properly rinse his genital area after lathering. The protocol requires the House Boy to hold the sprayer stationary at the base of his penis for a minimum of thirty seconds to ensure proper rinse. One edge of the spray nozzle must remain in contact with his body at the point where the penile shaft meets the public bone, though he may move or rotate the other edge of the nozzle in any angle or direction to distribute water for better coverage of the scrotal and nearby areas. To ensure maximum concentration, temperature and water pressure adjustments are not permitted during the penile rinse and he will have to endure or ask for assistance if hot water fades to cold during this process.

This rule applies when showering indoors whether at home or away, but is optional when taking a Tub Bath(Rule #133). When a report is received alleging a violation of this rule, the House Boy may be required to re-rinse or report for Spot Cleaning, even if he has already dried off. No hot water shall be wasted on any re-rinse, and no additional punishment will be administered unless the House Boy fails inspection of the affected area. When a handheld sprayer is unsuitable or unavailable, the House Boy may shower and rinse in a conventional manner.

Random supervision of the House Boy is critical to maintaining good habits, consequently, nothing in this rule shall restrict any visitor’s Right to Observe and Comment (See below, Rule #191A) nor to engage in Silent Observation (See below, Rule #297) whether or not the House Boy is aware. Other rules relating to showering and grooming, including Rinsing Of The House Boy’s Anus (Rule #283), are covered under separate protocols.
