A Level Three Disciplinary Area will be set aside for Houseboy punishment during all Level Three Spankings at home (except for those administered by protocol in his bedroom or another location). The Level Three Disciplinary Area shall be marked clearly with signage to denote mandatory restraints. However, any lower level discipline which may take place in the Level Three Disciplinary Area shall be administered unrestrained unless the assigned punishment is Leveled Up due to additional disrespect or insubordination by the misbehaving Houseboy.
