When the Naked Houseboy is wearing Black Banding (or a black watchband) at the same time a trusted guest is wearing Gray Banding (or a gray watchband) this denotes that Master has temporarily relinquished and granted Temporary Master Authority to the trusted guest who may approve or deny Houseboy permissions, to issue duties and instructions, and to monitor and act upon the Houseboy’s actions and behavior including corporal punishment up to and including Level Two Discipline (Rule #70) when in compliance with the Paramount Rule and all other protocols.
