When traveling with Master away from home in a public or semi-public location, a Houseboy who observes an apparent Clothing Malfunction By Others should discreetly attempt to notify Master using Appropriate Terminology (Rule #123), and Master shall have sole discretion whether to approach, communicate, ignore or otherwise act about the situation, individuals and circumstances.
