The Naked Houseboy is permitted to store and maintain a Skateboard at his own expense but is permitted to maintain and use it only during assigned or earned recreational time, doing so without clothing where permitted but wearing Minimal Or Standard Clothing (Rule #111) away from home where required by public or private dress codes or regulation.
