When the House Boy is instructed to submit to a Foot Inspection while seated or laying in a tub bath or upon any bed or mattress (including reclining chairs and horizontal furnishings, he shall recline backward until his head and neck rest against a safe surface while raising his legs and bending his knees so that both feet are at knee height and clearly accessible for visual inspection or physical examination.
