When a House Boy fails to meet expectations and Intervention or discipline is temporarily deferred or when a House Boy is reported verbally for failure to meet expectations and Intervention or discipline is temporarily deferred or when any follow up investigation of the aforementioned activities results in Intervention or discipline, a Notice Of Intervention shall be prepared and posted prominently on the kitchen refrigerator, so that the House Boy and others may be advised of the scheduled Intervention or discipline and may plan accordingly.
