A House Boy who commits any Act Of Disrespect or violates any protocol which allows or specifies punishment at Level Two Discipline may be administered corporal punishment onto his bare buttocks using a Measuring Stick or other implement, regardless of who may be present and could observe, except that punishment shall be discontinued and not charged against his behavioral record if a Measuring Stick fractures and another is not immediately available to complete the punishment or if two consecutive measuring sticks fracture during discipline for a single violation.
