The Naked House Boy is prohibited from participating in outdoor activities while indoors, and punishment for violation is severe at a minimum of ten swats at Level Two on the boy’s bare bottom, to discourage behavior that could result in injury or breakage of Master’s property.

It will not be considered a violation of Rule #152 (Outdoor Activities Indoors) for the House Boy to participate in ‘Nerf’ or Foam Ball Sports while indoors, so long as the particular sport and foam ball are pre-approved by the Master either verbally or in this written rule.

The House Boy is still required to use good judgment to prevent injury or damage to Master’s belongings, and is subject to punishment for violation of Rule #152 should any injury or breakage occur. Since the boy has no right to privacy – and the wearing of footwear could cause breakage of small objects – he is required to remain completely naked during any practice or play, regardless of who may be present and choose to observe.

Foam Ball Basketball is an approved indoor activity, and Master may require the boy to participate as part of his exercise routine to improve eye-hand coordination. Master will allow a ‘basket’ to remain installed, and guests are permitted to challenge the House Boy to gameplay during his recreational time. Accessories for other sports, such as soccer goals and baseball bats, may only be used or installed with pre-approval by the Master.
