Assessment and Screening —
Penis Classification Worksheet

Every prospective House Boy is required to complete a Penis Classification Worksheet at or before his Pre-Collaring Interview. The Master will discuss the contents of the form with the candidate, reminding him that the information contained in the Penis Classification Worksheet will be verified after the applicant removes all of his clothing and presents his naked body for Pre-Collaring Inspection (See link below). The descriptions and types of penises will be described to the applicant to ensure that he understands what is being asked, and the candidate will circle the responses which most closely match his penis type. After the Master has reviewed the form for completeness, the applicant will initial the form to lock in his responses and to indicate consent for verification during the Pre-Collaring Inspection. Applicants who are circumcised must also complete a supplemental Circumcision Status Declaration (See link below) since no body part or alteration can be certified for service as a House Boy without prior inspection and approval.
Applicants who previously responded verbally — or via messaging or email — with their penile classifications are still required to complete or review the Penis Classification Worksheet at the Pre-Collaring Interview, and to initial or re-initial the form as consent for examination of their genitalia after the candidate removes his clothing at the mandatory Pre-Collaring Inspection.
Penis Classification is to be evaluated without erection (and foreskin pulled back, if applicable) for the first seven classification areas (A-G), and both flaccid and erect for the next two Classification areas (H and I). The final classification type (J) is to be evaluated with a full erection only. Candidates who suffer from erectile dysfunction and are not prescribed medication for the disability will be evaluated flaccid for all classifications and a notation will be made that the applicant suffers from unmediated erectile dysfunction.
The ten penis classifications areas are as follows:
- Head size in relation to shaft diameter
- Head size (length and width) relative to the illustration
- Shaft diameter gradient relative to the illustration
- Current pubic hair grooming style
- Vein visibility along the penile shaft
- Penile Shaft Curvature
- Foreskin status and appearance when flaccid
- Penis length from the pubic bone to the tip of urethra*
- Penile circumference at the widest point along the shaft*
- Erect Penis Angle Of Attack relative to the illustration
*Note: Two responses should be circled or noted for classifications H and I, with one response for the applicant’s penis when flaccid and another response for his penis when fully erect. The candidate and the Master should ensure that there is no ambiguity in the way that these are noted on the worksheet, as this could lead to an unexpected and potentially embarrassing re-inspection of his penis after collaring.
A copy of every House Boy’s Penis Classification Worksheet will be placed in the boy’s file after collaring and remain available for viewing by any visitor on request. Any reports of mismatch or natural changes due to aging or other factors may result in re-inspection of the House Boy’s penis and possible reclassification, with the supplemental worksheet to be signed off by the Master and dated and initialed by the House Boy at that time. As a reminder, House Boys have no right to privacy at any time after collaring — including during inspections — regardless of who happens to be present and could observe. The right of any visitor to supervise the House Boy overrides any desire by a House Boy to not be seen, regardless of the boy’s duty or activity at the time.
