Close your eyes and listen. It is time to just listen for a while. Close your eyes and begin setting things aside. You always respond to strength, to control. You always respond to it and now it is time to feel it. It is time to feel it through every inch of your body. You are going to feel me taking control, of your body, of you, of who and what you are. Feel my words as they enter your brain and begin taking away your own self-control. You are going to begin feeling it now. Breathe deeply. Calm your mind. Continue to breathe deeply as you listen to my words, to the sound of my voice. Breathe deeply and surrender yourself to my words, to my control. ...
Five: stripping away your self-control, stripping away your mind. Feel my words taking charge, taking control. They are more important than your own desires than your own needs. You simply must obey.
Four: the obedience is getting deeper now. You find that my commands simply have to be obeyed. Your mind cannot struggle against them, it cannot resist them, and it just simply embraces them. Accepting anything that I command is what you need because you exist to serve and right now your mind exists to obey and be controlled.
Three: it does not matter what you want. You are here to obey and serve and there is no other choice. You simply must obey. Your mind is surrendering more and more, taken from you and given to me. You exist only to obey me.
Two: you are reaching oblivion. It is nearing and when I say the next number you will be there. You will have no choices. You will simply exist to serve and obey and surrender at all times to any command that is given to you by me while you are in a trance. There is no choice in this matter. You have no way to fight this. Your body has been taken from you as has your mind and very soon there will only be oblivion, oblivion from which you exist to serve and obey my voice, whatever it may command. You get no choice. You simply serve and obey and when you awaken you serve and obey. And here it comes.
One: oblivion. You have no choice. You are here to serve and obey and nothing more. Your mind is mine now and you will obey any command that I give. This is who and what you are. This is exactly what has happened and you will accept any trance that I give you. You will accept any command that I give you. You will feel helpless to resist my commands. It does not matter whether you desire them or not. Your place is simply to obey. Your mind is totally mine. It is here for my use, it is here for the use of your Master.

I’m going to count down from ten to one, and when I reach one, you will be so deep and obedient, so totally relaxed and so totally and completely connected with your slave potential.
Ten, sinking down. Spiralling downwards. Deeper and more obedient with every word.
Nine, deeper and deeper, further and further, more and more obedient and relaxed.
Eight, sinking down now. Further and further, shutting out the world as you listen to my voice and relax, more and more completely. More and more deeply relaxed.
Seven, so deep and comfortable. So totally obedient and relaxed. Just listening to my voice and obeying as you relax further and further. Deeper than you’ve ever been before. Every word carrying you downward. Down into a deep, deep trance.
Six, so deep and obedient. So totally relaxed. Just listening to my voice and obeying as you relax further and further. Deeper than you’ve ever been before.
Five, feel my voice carrying you down. Down to the deepest trance you can imagine. So heavy and comfortable, as you listen to the sound of my voice and obey. Obeying more and more with every word. Concentrating totally on my voice, on my control, as you go deeper and more completely relaxed. Just listening and obeying as you relax deeper than you’ve ever been.
Four, sinking down now. Just deep and obedient. So totally relaxed. Listening only to my voice and obeying, obeying more and more as you relax further and further, as I take you down deeper than you’ve ever been before.
Three, almost there now. Almost totally entranced and obedient to my voice. Listening and obeying. Totally obedient and relaxed. Totally entranced. Just listening and obeying as you go deeper and deeper. More and more completely relaxed.
Two, so deep and obedient. Feel my voice. Feel that it must be obeyed to take you down that last step to complete obedience and connection with your slave potential. Feel it approaching. Feel that it’s almost there.
One, totally relaxed, totally obedient. Just listening and obeying and connection with your slavery. So completely relaxed. So deep, so comfortable, so relaxed. So deep, so obedient, so completely relaxed. I am Master. you are slave. I am here to train you. you are here to serve me. I am here for you. you will do what I say. you want to do what I say.you are eager to do what I say. you are slave. I am Master.
Consciousness Awareness
There is no need for you to remember this training; there is no need for it to exist in your conscious mind. This is not for your conscious mind; this is for your subconscious so that you may serve better and service is exactly what you do. Service is exactly the place you exist in. You exist to serve and obey, to please and obey. You exist to be used and therefore you will give this to me. You will give this to your Master. Your place is in service. Your place is in obedience. Your place is in training. Your place is in slavery. Your mind exists only to obey. You will not remember what it does to you or any of the changes it makes in who you are and who you are to become. This is my command and you will obey it.
Now it is time, time to wake back up. you will awaken on the count of five, refreshed and awake and fully connected with your slave potential. your slave spirit will be alive within you enabling you to serve your Master fully and unreservedly.
One, waking up. Two, more and more awake, still focused and attuned. Three, closer and closer to the reality of serving. Four, almost there, still connected, still relaxed, becoming more eager to serve and obey. Five, refreshed, and awake, fully connected, and ready to serve.
